No. Sky Map Gifts provides digital products only. You receive a high-resolution PDF with multiple print sizes included, which you can download and print yourself. No physical product is shipped.

After your order is completed, your personalized files will be available for download. We may also send download instructions to the email address used during checkout. If you cannot find your download, first check your inbox, spam or promotions folder. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.

Because each star map is personalized and generated specifically for your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We'll do our best to help before your files are finalized.

Personalized digital products are generally final sale once the file has been generated or made available for download. If your file has a technical problem, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

Each star map order includes multiple print sizes so you can choose the format that works best for your frame or printing needs. Available sizes include 8.5×11", 11×14", 16×20", 18×24", 24×32", A4 (21×29.7 cm), 24×30 cm, 30×40 cm, 40×50 cm, 50×70 cm, and selected square sizes.

Yes. You can purchase multiple personalized star maps in a single order. Each star map can have its own date, time, location, title, names, message and design options.
